We are continuing to ship all processed orders as best as we can, however, there may be some delays in the time period in which you will receive your orders, due to many distribution and shipping routes being affected and limited due to the outbreak of COVID.
Our refund window is still set to 60 calendar days from when you place your order, but kindly let us know if you need more time due to current pandemic. The refund process is still as same, and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. (Refer to Refund Policy for more info)
